n order to speed up the construction of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) in Lebak Bulus, six houses at RT 01/02 Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta are ready to be loaned.

South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi, said the land is needed for MRT. They are pursued to construct station in August.
If the construction of station is delayed, PT MRT Jakarta will get penalty from Japan government Rp 4 billion.

He ensures the land can be emptied on Friday (7/22). Land compensation agreement is under cooperation of South Jakarta Administration with Dept. of Bina Marga, BPN and MRT.
“The problem is, fund is being proceed. It takes a week to be disbursed,” he added.
Meanwhile, Technical Director of MRT, Natzir, stated the payment will be based on present price.
“Appraisal is not using NJOP method. It’s special,” he stated.
